How to do leg swings?

Leg swings involve swinging your leg forward and backward, and side to side. Here's how to perform them correctly:

  • Lift one leg and swing it forward and backward.
  • Switch to the other leg and repeat the forward and backward swing.
  • When swinging, focus on moving the leg forward rather than "windscreen wiping" (swinging the leg in an uncontrolled arc).
