Removing team members from your Loom workspace is a process that revokes their access. This is done by deactivating their individual or multiple accounts simultaneously.

The Process

Follow these simple steps to remove members from your workspace:

  1. Select the checkbox located next to the name of the team member(s) you want to remove. You can select multiple accounts by checking the boxes next to their names for bulk removal. Selecting a checkbox will reveal an editing panel.
  2. From the revealed editing panel, select Deactivate.

What Happens After Deactivation?

Once you select Deactivate, the team member(s) whose accounts you selected will no longer have access to your Workspace.
