The 5 modules of STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) are the essential basic safety training courses required for all seafarers. They are:

  • Elementary First Aid (EFA)
  • Personal Survival Techniques (PST)
  • Fire Prevention & Fire Fighting (FPFF)
  • Personal Safety & Social Responsibility (PSSR)
