To turn off RCS chat (Rich Communication Services) in Google Messages, follow these steps:
- Open Google Messages: Locate and open the Google Messages app on your Android device.
- Access Messages settings: Tap on your profile picture or the three dots in the top right corner, and then select "Settings" from the menu.
- Navigate to RCS chats: Look for and tap on the "RCS chats" option within the settings menu. This may also be labeled "Chat features" on some devices.
