You can join a Microsoft Teams meeting in a couple of ways. One way is using a meeting ID and passcode. Here's how:
Joining a Teams Meeting with an ID and Passcode
This method is useful when you have the specific meeting ID and passcode, often provided in a meeting invitation.

Select Calendar: On the leftmost side of Teams, click on the Calendar icon.

Select Join with an ID: Look for and select the option that says Join with an ID.

Enter Meeting ID and Passcode: Enter the meeting ID and passcode provided to you. You can typically find these details in the following locations:
- In the meeting details from your Teams calendar: Go to your Teams calendar, select the meeting, and then select Details > Show meeting info.
- At the bottom of your Teams meeting invite email: Check the email invitation you received for the meeting; the ID and passcode are usually listed there.
