What is an MRT military?

Published in Military Training 1 min read

An MRT military refers to personnel trained in Master Resilience Training (MRT), a program designed to enhance psychological resilience in Soldiers, Family members, and Department of the Army Civilians.

The Master Resilience Training Course equips individuals with the skills to:

  • Enhance leadership capabilities.
  • Improve overall effectiveness.
  • Teach resilience techniques to others within the Army community.

The focus is on developing mental toughness and the ability to bounce back from adversity, ultimately contributing to improved individual and unit performance. It is not a specific military occupational specialty (MOS) but rather additional training that can be applied across various roles.
