To restart your ONT (Optical Network Terminal), disconnect it from the power outlet. Wait five minutes, then plug the ONT back into the outlet. After about 30 seconds reconnect the battery lead (if applicable). Allow another five minutes for your service to be restored. Instructions may also be posted directly on the unit.
