Unplug the ONT: Locate the power cord for your ONT and unplug it from the electrical outlet.

Wait Five Minutes: Allow the ONT to remain unplugged for a full five minutes. This ensures that any residual power is fully discharged. The video states, "Now wait five minutes...".

Plug the ONT Back In: After waiting five minutes, plug the ONT power cord back into the electrical outlet.

Reconnect the Battery Lead: After plugging the ONT back into the outlet, reconnect the battery lead.

Wait for Service Restoration: Allow approximately five minutes for the ONT to power up and your internet service to be restored.
Important Notes:
