How to Get a Digital ID for Outlook?

To obtain a digital ID (certificate) within Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Access Trust Center Settings: In Outlook, navigate to the Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, and then select Trust Center Settings.

  2. Navigate to E-mail Security: On the E-mail Security tab, you will find options related to digital IDs and certificates.

  3. Get a Digital ID: Under Digital IDs (Certificates), select Get a Digital ID. This action initiates the process of acquiring a digital ID.

  4. Enter Digital ID Name: In the Digital ID Name box, type your name. This associates the digital ID with your identity.
