You can easily resize the Outlook window by dragging its edges.
Resizing Your Outlook Window
Adjusting the size of your Outlook window allows you to customize how much information you see at once, fitting it to your screen or your current needs. The process is straightforward and involves using your mouse.
Follow these steps to resize your Outlook window:
- Hover your mouse over the edge of the Outlook window until you see a double-headed arrow. This arrow indicates that the edge is ready to be resized.
- Click and drag the edge of the window to resize it. Move your mouse inward to make the window smaller or outward to make it larger. Release the mouse button when the window is the desired size.
This method works on any of the four edges (top, bottom, left, right) and also on the corners, where the double-headed arrow will appear diagonally, allowing you to resize both dimensions simultaneously.
