Little Pakistan is not the name of an entire country. Instead, "Little Pakistan" is a general term used to describe ethnic enclaves with significant populations of Pakistani people or those of Pakistani descent located outside of Pakistan.
While not a country, the New York City Metropolitan Area, specifically areas within New York City, Central New Jersey, and Long Island, has a very large Pakistani American population. Thus, areas within this metropolitan area are sometimes referred to as a "Little Pakistan." However, the term is more broadly applied to Pakistani ethnic enclaves worldwide.
