There are two primary ways to extract individual frames from Live Photos: by trimming the Live Photo or by turning off the "Live" feature to make it a still photo.

This method allows you to select a single frame, effectively turning the Live Photo into a standard still image.
- How to Make a Still Photo: Open the Live Photo. Tap the "Live" button at the top of the screen to turn off the Live feature. The photo becomes a still of its key photo. You can also edit the photo and choose a different key photo before turning off the live feature.
