To adjust your images in Photopea, you can access a variety of adjustment options through the top menu.
Accessing Adjustment Options
The primary way to adjust your images in Photopea is:
- Click
Image
in the top menu, then selectAdjustments
.
This will present you with a list of available adjustments.
Available Adjustments
Photopea offers a wide range of adjustments to modify your images, including (but not limited to):
- Brightness/Contrast: Adjust the overall lightness and darkness, and the difference between light and dark areas.
- Levels (Ctrl + L): Fine-tune the tonal range of your image by adjusting shadows, midtones, and highlights.
- Curves (Ctrl + M): A more advanced tool for controlling the tonal range, allowing for precise adjustments and creative effects.
- Exposure: Controls how much light is hitting the sensor.
- Vibrance: Adjusts the intensity of the more muted colors, while leaving the already saturated colors alone.
- Hue/Saturation (Ctrl + U): Modify the color tints and intensity of the colors in your image.
- Color Balance: Adjust the balance of colors in the shadows, midtones, and highlights.
- Black & White: Converts your image to grayscale with options to control how different colors are converted.
- Photo Filter: Applies a color filter to your image.
- Channel Mixer: Adjust the color channels individually to create unique color effects.
- Invert: Inverts the colors in the image.
- Posterize: Reduces the number of colors in the image, creating a posterized effect.
- Threshold: Converts the image to black and white based on a specified threshold level.
- Gradient Map: Maps the grayscale range of the image to a gradient.
