You can lower the opacity (transparency) of a layer in Photopea by adjusting its opacity setting.
Here's how:
- Select the Layer: In the Layers panel (usually on the right side), click on the layer you want to make transparent.
- Adjust the Opacity: In the Layers panel, locate the "Opacity" setting. It is often a percentage value, usually set to 100% by default. You can either:
- Type a new percentage value directly into the opacity box. A value of 0% will make the layer completely transparent, and 100% will make it fully opaque.
- Click on the arrow or the word "Opacity" to reveal a slider. Drag the slider to the left to decrease opacity (make the layer more transparent) and to the right to increase opacity (make it less transparent).
For example, setting the opacity to 50% will make the layer partially transparent, allowing you to see the layers below it.
