To change the angle of a rectangle in Photoshop, you can use the Free Transform tool. Here's how:
- Select the layer containing the rectangle you want to rotate.
- Press Ctrl+T (Windows) or Cmd+T (Mac) to activate the Free Transform tool. This will place a bounding box around your rectangle.
