How to Stretch Sit Bones?

Here's how to stretch your sit bones using a gentle exercise:

  1. Lie on your back: Find a comfortable position on your back.
  2. Support your head and hips: Use cushions under your head and hips for added comfort and support.
  3. Bend your affected leg: Bend the leg experiencing discomfort at the knee, pointing your knee upwards towards the ceiling.
  4. Grasp behind the knee: Gently grasp the area behind your bent knee.
  5. Pull towards your chest: Slowly and gently pull your knee towards your chest.
  6. Breathe and hold: Maintain a steady breath, and hold the stretch for 5 to 10 seconds.
