Steps to Insert an Online Video
- Select the Slide: First, click on the specific slide in your presentation where you want the video to appear.
- Access the Insert Tab: Go to the main menu ribbon at the top and click on the Insert tab.
- Choose Video Option: Within the Insert tab, find the Video option and click it.
- Select Online Video: From the dropdown menu that appears, choose Online Video.
- Paste Embed Code: A dialog box will open. Locate the box labeled "From a Video Embed Code". Paste the video's embed code into this box.
- Insert the Video: After pasting the code, click the arrow or the insert button (usually next to the paste box).
- Position and Resize: A rectangle representing the video player will be placed on your slide. You can then click and drag this rectangle to move the video to your desired location and use the handles on its corners and sides to resize it as needed.
