You can easily change track size (height) in Pro Tools to better view waveforms or manage screen real estate. Here's how:
-
Locate the Track Name Area: Go to the track area in the Pro Tools Edit window. This is where the track's name and other information are displayed.
-
Find the Lower Boundary: Look at the bottom part of this track name area.
-
Click and Drag: Click on the lower boundary (the bottom edge) of the track name area. Drag your mouse upwards to decrease the track height, or downwards to increase it.
In Summary: To adjust a track's height in Pro Tools, simply click and drag the bottom edge of its track name area up or down.
