The female version of sperm donor is egg donor.
Egg donation is a procedure where a fertile woman agrees to have one or more of her eggs harvested for use in assisted reproductive technology (ART) to help another woman conceive. This is analogous to sperm donation, where a man donates sperm to assist a woman or couple in conceiving. In some cases, the resulting child may have what are considered "three parents": the egg donor, the sperm donor (if applicable), and the intended mother (and father, if applicable).
