To change the visibility of a workset in Revit, follow these steps:
-
Open the view in which you want to modify the workset visibility.
-
Access the Visibility/Graphics Overrides: Click the View tab, then the Graphics panel, and finally click (Visibility/Graphics). This opens the Visibility/Graphics Overrides dialog.
-
Navigate to the Worksets Tab: In the Visibility/Graphics dialog, click on the Worksets tab.
-
Modify Visibility Settings: On the Worksets tab, you'll see a list of all worksets in your project. For each workset, you can select one of the following options from the "Visibility" column:
- Use global setting: The workset's visibility is controlled by the global workset settings. This is usually the default.
- Show: The workset's elements are visible in the view, overriding the global setting.
- Hide: The workset's elements are hidden in the view, overriding the global setting.
-
Confirm Changes: Click OK to apply the changes and close the Visibility/Graphics Overrides dialog.
In summary, you can adjust the visibility of worksets in individual Revit views through the Visibility/Graphics Overrides dialog, allowing you to show or hide elements based on their assigned workset.
