Can I apply boiled milk on my face?

Published in Skincare 1 min read

While milk is often touted as a beneficial ingredient for skin, applying boiled milk to your face is not recommended. Boiling milk changes its composition, releasing fat and causing it to form a skin on the surface. This skin can make your face feel oily and greasy, which is not desirable for most skin types.

Raw milk, on the other hand, contains lactic acid, which can help reduce pigmentation, hydrate skin, heal acne, and improve skin texture. The fat in raw milk is dispersed, making it less likely to leave your face feeling oily.

It is generally best to use skincare products specifically formulated for your skin type. Many products contain ingredients that have been scientifically proven to be effective.
