Simple Steps to Disable Audio Description

You can control Audio Description directly via your Sky Q remote. The method varies slightly depending on which remote you have.

  1. Press the correct button:
    • If you have the standard Sky Q remote, press the ? (question mark) button. This button is located to the right of the number zero on your remote.
    • If you have the Sky Q Accessibility remote, press the dedicated AD button.
  2. Navigate the menu: A menu will appear on your screen.
  3. Select the option: Press Select to highlight or choose the Audio Description option. Pressing Select will toggle the setting On or Off.
  4. Close the menu: Press the Dismiss button to make the menu disappear from your screen. The Dismiss button is typically located to the left of the Home button, which is directly below the down arrow on the standard Sky Q remote.
