Step-by-Step Guide to Disabling Audio Description

Follow these simple steps to turn off Audio Description on your Sky Q box:

  1. Open the Audio Description Menu:
    • Press the ? (question mark) button on your standard Sky Q remote. This button is located to the right of the number zero.
    • Alternatively, if you are using the Sky Q Accessibility remote, press the dedicated AD button.
  2. Toggle the Setting:
    • Once the audio description menu appears on screen, press the Select button. This button is typically in the center of your remote.
    • Pressing Select will toggle the audio description setting between On and Off. Make sure it is set to Off.

    • To close the menu and return to watching your programme, press the Dismiss button.
