Unhiding Bend Lines in a Drawing View
Bend lines in a SOLIDWORKS drawing view are linked to the Flat-Pattern feature of your sheet metal part. Hiding these lines also affects the visibility of associated sheet metal bend notes. To make them visible again:
- Locate the FeatureManager Design Tree: Open the drawing containing the sheet metal part view. The FeatureManager design tree is usually on the left side of the SOLIDWORKS window.
- Find the Drawing View: In the FeatureManager tree, find and expand the node corresponding to the specific Drawing View that contains the sheet metal flat pattern you are working with.
- Expand the Flat-Pattern Feature: Within the expanded Drawing View node, locate and expand the Flat-Pattern feature.
- Access Bend Line Options: Right-click on Bend-Lines listed under the Flat-Pattern feature.
