How much sunscreen will I use?

The amount of sunscreen you need depends on how much skin you are covering. For a full body application, you'll need about 35mL (approximately seven teaspoons). This is enough to cover your arms, legs, body front, body back, and face (including neck and ears).

For your face alone, you'll need about 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) of sunscreen.

Here are some general guidelines:

  • Full body: One ounce, or enough to fill a shot glass.
  • Face: 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Arms, legs, or torso: 5ml (one teaspoon).

Important Note: It is crucial to apply sunscreen generously and evenly to ensure proper coverage. Don't be shy about reapplying throughout the day, especially after swimming or sweating.
