To remove a water cooler filter, follow these steps:
- Note the filter's label position: Before you start, take note of how the label on the old filter is positioned. This will help you install the new filter correctly later.
- Turn the filter: Grasp the old filter and turn it a quarter turn counterclockwise.
- Pull the filter down: Once you've turned it, pull the filter straight down to remove it from the water cooler.
