Deleting Your Personal Whiteboard Templates
If you have created personal templates for your whiteboards, you can easily remove them through your account settings. This process helps you keep your template list organized and remove any unused designs.
Follow these simple steps to delete a personal template:
- Access Account Management: Click on Account Management.
- Navigate to Whiteboard Settings: Within Account Management, click on Whiteboard Management.
- View Personal Templates: Click the Personal Templates tab to see the list of templates you have created.
- Select Template to Delete: Locate the specific template you wish to delete.
- Open Options Menu: To the right of the template you want to delete, click the ellipsis icon (usually three dots).
- Move to Trash: From the options that appear, select Move to Trash.
Once you select "Move to Trash," the template will be removed from your active "Personal Templates" list.
Where Deleted Templates Go
After being moved to trash, deleted personal templates are not immediately permanently removed. Deleted personal templates will appear in the Trash tab, allowing you to potentially restore them later if needed.
