Sign in to your Google Account. Make sure you are logged into the account associated with the YouTube history you want to delete.
-
Go to myactivity.google.com. This will take you to your Google Account's activity controls.
-
Click "YouTube History". You may need to scroll down to find this section.
-
Click "Manage history". This will take you to your YouTube watch history.
-
Delete specific videos or clear your entire history:
-
To delete a specific video: Click the three dots (more options) next to the video you want to remove, and then click "Delete".
-
To delete your entire watch history: On the YouTube History page, click "Controls" (usually on the right side). Then click "Delete" and choose an option like "All time" to remove everything. You can also choose a custom range.
-
Keep in mind that deleting your watch history will affect your YouTube recommendations. YouTube uses your watch history to suggest videos you might enjoy.
